Meet Dilek
I’m Dilek. My husband and I cook the food we grew up with — all by hand, from our kitchen to your table.
Cooked by hand by two people who’ve been doing this their whole lives.

We ordered içli köfte for a get-together and fried them fresh ourselves — Dilek had them perfectly prepped. Thin, crisp shell, generously filled, and a brilliant portion for the price. Honestly delicious.
I work full-time and just don’t have the time to cook, so Dilek makes it for me — kuru fasulye, yahni, homemade turşu, you name it. Home cooking without the cooking. I can’t recommend her enough.
